Acoustic baffles for high rooms

The SilentPET® acoustic baffles are used to reduce the noise level primarily in production halls, industrial buildings or similar rooms with a large room height. The vertical installation of the sound baffles also effectively reduces the horizontal expansion of the sound waves.

    General description

    The SilentPET® baffles are generally mounted vertically on the ceiling. For this purpose, they are equipped with an aluminium profile on one side with which the acoustic baffles are mounted directly or suspended from the ceiling with a steel cable system. 

    Due to the high flexibility in the dimensions and, if desired, selectable colouring of the surface, both variants can be integrated almost everywhere and fit into the existing interior design without any problems.

    • SilentPET® Baffle RECwhite

      Consists mainly of recycled PET bottles. The acoustically highly effective panel has a white core. The acoustic elements are normally supplied without further surface lamination, whereby the raw, light surface pleasantly reflects the light in the room.

    Ceiling installation

    The acoustically highly effective base plate can be fixed directly to the ceiling or by using an elegant steel cable system with adjustable suspension height.

    Wall mounting

    The panels are attached and secured to the wall with a specially designed aluminium profile.

    In general, the acoustic panels can also be glued on by using silicone or mounting adhesive.

    Installation

    The SilentPET® Industry sound baffles are delivered in cardboard packaging. They are quick and easy to assemble and, if necessary, assembly can be carried out even during normal operation.

    • Ceiling installation

      The acoustic panels are fitted with an aluminium U-profile on one side and can be mounted directly on the ceiling or vertically using an elegant steel cable system with adjustable suspension height.

      For direct mounting without a suspension cable, a mounting rail is mounted on the ceiling on which the SilentPET® acoustic baffles are simply attached. The position of the acoustic baffles is already predefined in the mounting rail and there is no need to measure each individual baffle. This allows for a very efficient and simple installation.
